Exchange and Refund:

  • We offer an easy return and exchange policy within 7 days of the delivery date. For a product to be eligible for return or exchange it must be in its original condition, with all tags still intact.
  • Please note that for a seamless return and exchange process, all products must pass quality inspection at the time of reverse pickup.
  • Exchanges can only be made once per product and are dependent on stock availability.
  • It is highly recommended that you record a video of yourself opening/unpacking the order to ensure all labels/stickers are intact. This video can be used as proof in the event of a missing product or damaged parcel. We will not be able to process returns or refunds without video proof.
  • Product(s) purchased during clearance sale, BOGO offers, exclusive discounts on products, brand collaboration promotions, or any activity/event/campaign with a free product(s) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. When you apply the code, T&Cs are displayed.
  • We do not accept Boxers for exchange, refund or return due to hygiene concerns.

Reverse Pickup Services:

  • For your convenience, we offer a reverse pick-up service. For an instant exchange or return, the product must pass a quality inspection. Reverse shipment is completely free. Reverse pickups are free of charge for each order.
  • Self-shipment in non-serviceable area: If you are not able to reverse pick up your product(s), please ship the products yourself.

  • Share the courier docket with our team for tracking. Make sure the product(s), ORDER ID and registered mobile number are clearly displayed on the packaging.
  • Refund for self-shipping: After passing the quality check, refunds will be processed in 48 hours after receiving your product(s) back at our warehouse. You will get a full refund, plus INR 100 in lieu of courier fees. For Prepaid and COD orders, the courier amount will be reimbursed to your bank account.

Refunds:

  • Prepaid Orders: You can receive a refund through your original payment method, or via wallet. We will refund you within 48-72 hrs. once the products have passed our quality control at the warehouse. Refunds will be made to your chosen payment method within 7-10 days depending on the processing time of your bank. If you choose wallet credits instead, the credit will be applied instantly after the product passes the quality test.
  • Orders placed by COD: If your product(s), once they reach our warehouse, pass the quality test, a refund will be made instantly to your Friendly Looks Wallet. Credits may be used to make future purchases through websites or apps. Valid for 12 months after the date of receipt. If and when you return any purchases made with Credits, they will only be refunded in Credits.

Cancellations/Modifications:

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel or modify it (change the number, address, style, or size of the product). Contact us via WhatsApp or email us at umeshtainguriya52@gmail.com to request changes.

Product(s)/Parcels that is defective/damaged:

  • If you receive damaged/defective/used/tags missing/wrong product(s), please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos or open/unpacking video. We will send you a replacement product at no extra charge.
  • Please do not accept a damaged/empty/torn parcel. You are asked to contact us within 48 hours if you receive an unrelated item or empty parcel. It is recommended that you record a video of yourself opening/unpacking your order. Please keep all labels and stickers intact.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Friendly Looks will not be responsible for any errors.
  • The customer must treat the product(s), while in his/her possession, with care.
  • Before ordering, please check the size chart.
  • Colours of products can vary depending on the screen resolution used by customers.
  • A cash handling fee of INR 100 per order will be charged for orders that are paid by Cash on Delivery. This charge covers additional costs for processing and handling of cash payments. There are no extra charges on prepaid orders. If you choose to pay for your order in advance with a credit/debit card, net banking or another prepaid method, there will be no additional fees.
  • Please contact the payment platform if you haven’t received an update regarding your payment or cashback. Friendly Looks cannot be held responsible for these scenarios.
  • If you have received a confirmation of delivery via email or SMS but still do not receive the product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours.
  • The code for the refund is valid for a period of 12 months. It must be used once and in full. No partial redemptions will be accepted.

Shipping Policy:

  • All orders are eligible for free shipping.
  • Orders are processed within 48-72 hours and shipped from Firozabad in Uttar Pradesh.
  • Our mission is to provide our products to all regions of India.
  • Order Delivery: In metropolitan areas orders are delivered in 1-4 business days. In the rest of India it takes between 4-7 working days to deliver your order after processing.
