FAQs

1-My Accounts and My Orders

It’s easy to buy a product from Friendly Looks:

  • Click on the ‘Add to Cart” button after selecting your size.
  • Checkout
  • Confirm the shipping address and make payment for your order

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation and a Whatsapp message with the order ID and all details. You can track the status of your order using the order ID.

No worries. On the login page, click “Forgot Password”. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be added to. You can create a brand new order and grab the extra goodies.
2-Shipping & Tracking
We are fast. Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours, because we manage our own stock and make our clothes. The delivery time depends on where you are.

Metros: your order will be delivered in 1 to 4 days.
You will receive your package in India within 4-7 days.

Shipping is not included in prepaid orders. There is a cash handling fee of Rs 55 for orders made by Cash on Delivery. This fee is non-refundable in the event that you return an item.
You’ll receive an order ID via email or WhatsApp. You can use this ID to track the package.
It’s easy. Click “Change address” after logging in, finding the order and clicking on it. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot change the shipping address.
We are on a mission, to dress all of India.
We do not ship internationally yet.
If they can’t reach you, the package will return to our warehouse. The package will be returned to our warehouse if they are unable to reach you. Call us on 7289894841 or Whatsapp (Mon-Fri 10:30 AM to 5:30PM) to arrange for a redelivery.
Tech glitches can be the most frustrating. Check your bank account and see if funds have been deducted. Contact your bank for assistance if they were. Provide a screenshot of the transaction and the transaction ID. For further assistance, you can reach us by Whatsapp and calling 7289894841.

3-Policy on Return and Replacement:
Want to cancel your Friendly Looks Order? Before it ships, Whatsapp the phrase “Hi, Cancel Order” to 7289894841. To contact us, click on “Talk to agent” and we will connect you.
Not happy with your Friendly Looks purchase? You can exchange or return your Friendly Looks product within 7 days after delivery. We want you love your new look.

If you have paid in advance, any returns or exchanges are refunded to the original payment method. This could be your credit card or bank account.

Please note that we will refund your order amount via bank transfer if you have paid by Cash on Delivery. However, to complete the refund, you must provide us with your bank details or UPI. The COD fee is not refundable.

It’s easy to exchange. Select a new product that you like. You can pay the difference if it is more expensive at checkout. If it is less expensive, you will receive a gift certificate for the remainder.

4-Return/exchange procedure:

Go to the ‘Return/Exchange tab’ by logging in to your account.

Enter the email address or phone number you registered for your order

Choose the order that you wish to return or exchange.

Click ‘Proceed” to proceed.

You can edit your shipping and pickup details if necessary.

That’s it. We will take care of everything else to ensure that your return or exchange goes smoothly.

Note:

Currently, our exchange policy only applies to India

We may ask for pictures of the product to approve your return request or exchange request.

It’s super helpful to take pictures or record a video of your unboxing as you open the box.

Don’t fret, fashion mishaps happen. Send us a Whatsapp message with some photos or an unboxing of the product and we will send you a new one ASAP. We want you to feel 100% confident with your Friendly Looks style.

5-Cancellation Policy:

Please note that we cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. You can return it if you don’t like it.

6-Instructions for Wash care:

Machine washes with cold water and a mild detergent. To preserve fabric and prints, wash/dry the inside out. Avoid chlorine-based detergents and bleach.

To prevent color loss or fabric weakening, do not soak the fabric for longer than 20-30 min.

Drying: tumble dry at a low temperature and quickly in the shade. Dry flat as hanging can cause measurements to vary.

Ironing: Avoid ironing directly onto prints, stitches, seams and embellishments. Use a warm iron. Avoid leaving the iron in the same place for too much time, especially near the neck rib. The elastane can break.

Other Tips: Avoid damaging prints by not using hard brushes or wringing out the fabric during hand washing. Wash separately as the fabric may initially lose color.
